High frequency welding, welding-cutting for small or very large series : maximum dimensions for simple welding: 600 x 1100 x 650 mm and 590 mm for welding-cutting. The use of films such as PVC, PU, EVA or some PA, associated or not with technical textiles enable us to make quality products while minimizing the need for sewing. High Frequency welding is suitable for the assembly of various complex products such as Velcro on PVC or PU straps for orthopedic corsets or for decoration by embossing.

Our screen printing using ink with either a solvent or aqueous base and dimensions of 1000 x 1300 mm. This printing technique is often associated with raised surfaces or the High Frequency welding of these materials. Our printing carousels, with four colours, combined with a welding head and a cutting head which are all indexed, give pinpoint accuracy when realizing your products.
Digital printing with eco solvent inkjet used on flexible or conventional semi-rigid supports enables us to create personalised decorations in small series or flexible labels with a serial number. Our maximum width is 1600 mm.
